We understand that shopping online can be difficult, so to enable you to shop with confidence The Mylk Society would like to offer you an exchange or a store credit on full price items within 14 business days if you feel the item isn’t right for you.
By processing your payment with The Mylk Society, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding any returns of your purchases.
If you change your mind or aren't 100% happy with your item/s, please
- contact firstname.lastname@example.org
- add your order number
- add the reason for return/exchange. We will respond with next steps within 24 hours.
Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt of goods. (For international orders within 21 days of your purchase date).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. The item must also be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks.
If you/your items do not meet these requirements, The Mylk Society reserve the right to refuse a return and the item/s will be shipped back to you.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods such as food ie Made to Milk items
- Re-Usable Nursing Pads
- Final Sale items in our Clearance Collection
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to provide a refund, however, all customers who would like a refund will be provided a credit note which will be valid for 3 years from the date of returned goods received.
Shipping costs are not covered if you receive a credit note.
For orders under $100: The shipping cost incurred for returning items(s) are not covered or reimbursed by The Mylk Society.
For orders over $100: For the month of JUNE we will cover the cost of shipping if you wish to exchange your order. This will also include shipping your exchanged item/s back to you.
We will only hold the exchanged item/s no more than 14 days from the date of notification.
If the items are sent back after this time, we will issue a credit note.
Gift Vouchers/Store Credit
Store credits and/or gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
In the unlikely event of receiving an item which is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email as soon as possible at email@example.com and include photos of the fault.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally, manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears.
Other points to consider
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Discount codes cannot be used with bundles or on our Clearance Collection.
All discount codes are deactivated during our sale periods such as Mother's Day, Black Friday etc unless specified.
Please ensure to review your cart at the time of checkout as we cannot apply a discount code after you make a payment.
