Black Friday Terms & Conditions

  • The sale will start at 9pm AEST 21st Nov and finish 11.59pm AEST 30th Nov 2022.

  • The sale will not include Pre-Order products.

  • Please ensure that you add the code on before checking out as we are unable to offer a discount after the checkout process has concluded. 

  • Unfortunately we are not able to refund sale items, however we can exchange for a gift voucher/ credit note or another product/size (if stock is available). 

  • Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot hold items for exchanges.

  • For products in the CLEARANCE COLLECTION, please ensure you choose carefully as these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS/ REFUND POLICY

  • By processing your payment with The Mylk Society, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding any returns/exchanges of your purchases. 

Returns

  • We do not offer returns on Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sales.

Sale items 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

  • Email themylksociety@gmail.com with the item you would like to exchange and your new style/size. (Please include your order number and reason for exchange.)
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • Please include your order number in the parcel.
  • After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked /dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or exchange.
  • Your new design/size will only be sent once your exchange/return has been received back to us.
  • Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot hold items for exchanges.
  • If we accept your exchange/refund order you will be notified with a tracking number for your new design/size (please ensure you check your junk mail folder in case it ends up in there!).
  • The return tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer.
  • In instances where we do not have the desired design/size in stock, we will issue you a credit note with no expiry.
  • Every item is inspected before it is shipped, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturer fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange your item once it has been returned. Send us an email at themylksociety@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping an Exchange

  • Mail your product to: The Mylk Society PO BOX 1009, Stanhope Gardens, NSW 2768 Australia
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit note if you received free shipping.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
