HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? 

Australian orders 

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75!

  • Metro areas – 1-3 business days
  • 5-10 business days to regional locations

    We do provide an option for express shipping for $12.95.

    • Metro areas – Next day delivery
    • 2-4 business days for regional areas

    We off FREE local delivery to the following postcodes for orders over $100:

    2071, 2072, 2073, 2074, 2075, 2076, 2077, 2070, 2079, 2084, 2120, 2121, 2125

    • All orders made before noon will be delivered same day. (Mon - Fri)
    • Any orders made after noon, will be delivered next business day.

    All international orders 

    Standard shipping on all orders will cost a flat rate of AUS$20.

    • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery.

    Orders placed before 12pm Mon- Fri will be dispatched the same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day.

    If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name. 

    Please note that once parcels leave our HQ, there can be delays with the delivery provider from time to time which are out with our control.


    SALES AND PROMOTIONAL EVENT ORDERS

    Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

    Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from a courier.


    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Import duty and taxes are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Rest of World – we reserve the right to request additional shipping fees after an order has been placed for more remote international destinations.


    I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, WHAT DO I DO?

    Please notify us as soon as you realise you have entered an incorrect address and we will try our best to update this prior to your order leaving our warehouse. For orders that have already left our Warehouse, it It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. Any additional freight charges arising from returned parcels (for example incorrect address entered at checkout, delivery not collected from Post Office within specified timeframe) will not be refunded.
