Pre-orders are paid for at the time of order and are shipped as close as possible to the date specified on the product listing. Please keep in mind this shipping date is an estimate only and while we work our hardest to send them out on time, there are factors outside of our control that could delay things. We will definitely be in touch if there is a slight delay!

If you order other in-stock items at the same time as your pre-order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like to receive your in-stock item before the pre-order item arrives, please emailus. You may be charged a separate shipping charge.

We do accept exchanges/ provide a credit note for pre-orders. Please note, the return and exchanged items tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer.
